ReplyDeleteSo upset i have to give my tablet to repair center after three days of buy. the note i write all will go to garbage and waste of my time. What is the point of business tablet. You lost your file..we are happy(Lenovo for those who lost and like repair)

ReplyDeletei have no idea. for my need it work well but your need. i am not sure it you need i device like this. mabe you only need the k1
ReplyDeleteI have a few questions.
ReplyDelete1. Are USB hubs supported?
2. Can it download drivers for unique USB devices?
3. When using the pen, does it ignore touches such as resting your hand on the touch screen?
4. Is there a professional level Photoshop type app available?
Social networking is overrated. When I think "Thinkpad", I want to see enterprise-level technology. This is just another tablet running Android. Nothing new here.
ReplyDeleteHi, I have a question, lets say that I'm using the portfolio case with the tablet and it's connected, but I'm not using the keyboard, but I have it on there just cause and I'm reading or something else of that nature for instance, will the keyboard use any battery life even if I'm not using it?
ReplyDeletethe video card is for opengl, meaning for autocad, 3ds max, etc ect.
ReplyDeleteBut it seems crappy but still if they improved this like putting intel and Microsoft in it it will destroy Mac!
ReplyDeleteThis is like a laptop and iPad combined take that Mac!
ReplyDeleteThis thing just screams LAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG G G G G G.
ReplyDeleteI like it, but it's mostly for games ( my opinion)
ReplyDeletewhy? (i am thinking of buying one, do you think i should?)
ReplyDeleteI have it for my school it is terrible I like the tablets look though
ReplyDeletei want it
ReplyDeleteThat sounds reasonable. I still can't see what all the hype is about though - the only advantage to a cellphone seems to be the screen size.
ReplyDeleteWith the exception of gaming and 3D/CAD, a laptop can be used for the same things a desktop computer is used for with little to no change in user experience. On the other hand the use-case for tablets is severely limited - it has the processing power and functionality of a more expensive cellphone and yet it's too big and awkward to make phone calls with.
ReplyDeleteWell that depends on how you approach a tablet. In my case a tablet is invaluable. As a photographer, the ability to have a light, portable multimedia device with a large enough screen is great. I take it to client consultations and have portfolio with me as well as all my contracts. They sign the tablet and then I immediately email them the copy. Calendaring is better on a tablet. Emailing is better than my phone. Since I do my heavy lifting on my home PC a tablet fits most of my needs nicely.
ReplyDeleteWhile I agree that they may not be as revolutionary as the hype suggest I would also argue that they are not a step backwards. More like a step sideways. They have use cases that can be addressed nowhere else. They have simplified and sped up things in my business and I'll never work without one again. Yes they may not be x86 or have a "proper" OS but then again one could argue that laptops lack the power and storage of "proper" computers because it is not a desktop. It all depends on use-case.
ReplyDeleteQuite the opposite, my good man. What i'm saying is that these tablets are a step back technologically and yet they are marketed as being revolutionary.
ReplyDeleteYou sir seem to be a luddite.
