ReplyDeleteI have recently purchaced this device about a week ago in white from currys pc world for£199 and i must say it is beyond amazing. Yes u can download skype etc from the google playstore for free ofcourse along with a million other apps. I think this price is way too low for a device like this and the 4.0 ice cream sandwich expirience is amazing. And if u like reading it does come with 3 free books and the displaymis beautiful text is clear beautiful, any questions pls rply :-)

ReplyDeleteRegarding the lack of IR blaster, I told you it is not there The unit I bought in europe has no window for IR under the volume control. And when I installed Peel the program warned me that there was no IR Blaster. So back to my question: Can someone from the USA confirm if a recently purchased tab 2 7.0 in USA has an IR Blaster as shown on this review - the one I purchased in Europe definitely does not.

ReplyDeleteit has a black thing at the right that works like a tv remote but you have to point it in teh direction of the object you want to control.
